It's time to start thinking about the 2017 RCCCS Summer Points Series! We've made some changes to make this year's series even more exciting. This year we will use the following criteria:
1. Two drops, meaning your two worst finishes will not count toward your final standing.
2. TQ Point! That's right, this year you can earn an extra point for each TQ you capture.
3. DNF (Did not finish) races will count! As long as you can make one lap during a qualifier, you will still earn points even if you don't race in a main. Points will be awarded according to your finish place according to the timing computer.
We've tried to incorporate the ideas and comments you folks provided last year. I hope this will make racing even more enjoyable and competitive. Let me know if you have any questions or comments.
